Read well, live forever

What's your best chance of living forever? (Or maybe just for a bit longer?)

Read a book.

I’ve had a couple of surgeon clients recently who are part of the biohacking movement pushing the boundaries of medicine.

Genetic supplementation, detoxification, somatic medicine, quantum energy, red light, sound therapy, stem cells: there's a whole range of therapies to encourage post-surgical recovery, lengthen health-span … and ultimately increase longevity.

It can start with something as simple as ignoring your phone when you wake up and standing on the grass with your bare feet.

Both my authors love what they’re writing about. They see medicine as something that’s constantly changing, and they’re excited to keep up with it. They want to go beyond best practice and establish themselves as leaders in fields that are still developing.

That helps their patients. And it also helps them.

Establishing their authority in a book will:
🩻 attract more fee-paying patients
🩻 attract other physicians who want to learn more
🩻 raise their profile
🩻 generate more opportunities to spread their message
🩻 help medicine advance

And who knows? It might help a few people live a little longer.

Including one particular middle-aged ghostwriter…
