Books Are For ReadERS
I only ask a potential author two questions about themselves:
What's your book about?
What do you want to achieve by writing it?
All the other questions I ask are about the reader.
If you don’t know who you want to read your book, there's very little point in writing it.
You have to know who you’re writing for to make sure you tell them what they need to hear.
Otherwise they'll see no value in your book.
The reader comes first.
As ghostwriters are fond of telling authors, “If you write for everyone, you’re writing for no-one.”
Books are for readers, not for writers.
